Beyond the built environment, Aaryesh leads the clinic's overall business management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, brand positioning and business development. He drives the clinic's growth direction, oversees key business initiatives, and works to establish efficient systems, clear processes and a strong organisational foundation for long-term success.
With a structured, solution-oriented approach to leadership, he brings together design thinking and business acumen to shape not only how the clinic looks and feels, but also how it operates, develops and grows as a distinctive healthcare brand.
