About the treatment

What is Q-Switched Laser?

A Q-switched Nd:YAG laser delivers energy in billionths of a second, shattering pigment into particles the body clears naturally.

Low-energy 'toning' sessions suit melasma and tanning, while targeted settings treat freckles, stubborn spots and post-acne marks.

It also removes tanning from the hands, arms, feet, chest and back, not just the face.

FAQ

Q-Switched Laser: your questions

Can it cure melasma?

Melasma can be controlled but tends to return. Laser toning works best alongside prescription creams and strict sun protection.

How long until I see results?

Spots often lighten over 2–4 weeks after each session; melasma improves gradually across the course.

Results vary from person to person. Suitability, number of sessions and fees are confirmed after a consultation.
